Client Acquisition / Sales Manager

Grimaldi & Partners Ltd., an independent asset management firm based in Zurich, is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Client Acquisition / Sales Manager to develop new client relationships, expand the firm’s network and contribute to its long-term growth.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new relationships with private clients and qualified prospects.
  • Expand the firm’s network through referrals, professional contacts and targeted business development.
  • Manage the complete client acquisition process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Understand each prospect’s objectives and present suitable independent wealth management solutions.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with newly acquired clients.
  • Work closely with the relationship management and investment teams to ensure a high-quality client experience.
Candidate Profile
  • Extensive experience in client acquisition, private banking, wealth management or independent asset management.
  • A strong professional network and established relationships within the private client or UHNW segment.
  • Proven ability to acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Very good knowledge of German and/or English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, discretion and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Ideally, you are between 45 and 70 years old.
